Cheap First Avenue Tickets

As the hottest downtown attraction in the city of Minneapolis, the name has changed many times since the 1970 grand opening of its doors. Originally named 'The Depot', it has converted to 'Uncle Sam's', then quickly became known as 'Sam's'. Finally, the venue is now officially known as First Avenue and 7th Street Entry. Whenever there's any hot musical act coming to Minneapolis, this event location is priority one for booking. Throughout the venue's name-changing decades, it's hosted many grammy-winning acts from around the country. Residents of Minnesota commonly refer to this building as 'The Entry', 'First Ave', and/or 'Mainroom'.
