This pop band came along during the 'boy-band' evolution of the early 90s. Around the same time, 98 Degrees, Backstreet Boys, and 'N Sync popped up on the grid of the pop music scene. The pop-rock group started with Clarke, Jordan, and Zachary Hanson - all brothers born within 5 years apart from one another. Originally they were going acappella before incorprating musical instruments into their self-written songs. The band is most famous for their 1996 hit single entitled 'MMMBop'. In 2001 after some conflicts with their major record label, they left and started their own independent record company (3CG). They maintain a strong following.
